Well visiting Manchester, I dropped and lost the contact called my eye doctor of Manchester and They help me out with no hesitation. I will be going back to look for sunglasses. I really appreciate this.
I had a great experience at my eye doctor last week! My friend had purchased glasses from there and recently inadvertently bent the frame and needed a repair. We met with Chi the general manager and she was so kind and patient with us. She was able to make the repair quickly and adjusted them multiple times to my friends preference. We appreciated her time very much and a true family crisis was averted! The shop was very nicely organized and all of the staff very professional. This experience was great all around! It was my first time in, and Dr. Motto took the time to be extra thorough with my exam even though he had other patients to see around the same time. Yail made sure to explain my options and helped guide me, also I didn’t get to know her name but one of the assistants took the time to show me how to put on contact lenses because it’s been a minute! Everyone here really helped make the experience a 5/5, thanks again for everything!
This place is the best! Scheduled a last minute appointment today and walked through the door 30 minutes later. Friendly reception, great support staff and super efficient appointment flow. Dr. Motto was knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to explain my eye health and make reasonable recommendations. Glad I found this location. Recommending to all my friends and family. Thanks for a great experience!
extreme rude and disrespectful front desk staff. Came in to pick up my glasses and simply asked if the new lenses would be flush with the frame and lady was very rude about it. and felt like she didnt even try to understand what i was asking for. owner please note that, just by adding a fancy waterfall wont get you customer but train your staff with basic customer service skills. Taking my business else where.
