Dr. Motto is a very caring, patient and knowledgeable doctor. Highly recommend him. Kristy who is the technician is patient and knowledgeable about the frames and lenses.You are never rushed.
Just a long wait to get my glasses fitted. Only 2 people on to help. Other than that I would have given it a 5 star rating.
Dr Motto is always a pleasure and very reassuring and insightful. The staff are so pleasant and I am appreciative of there help picking out glasses and finding the best price for glasses.
I want to thank Yail for her outstanding Customer Service today at the Manchester location.. I went to get my glasses fixed and she did them on demand didn’t take long at all and made sure I left out happy .. greatly appreciate it .
