If i could leave a zero star i would. My dad called to make an appointment because he went blind in 1 eye. Was told they couldn't get him in for a month. Called the south windsor office and they took him immediately and even questioned what the buckland office was doing as far as making someone who lost eye site to wait a month.

I am a patient at the Manchester, Ct location. I recently went to the office to pick out a new pair of glasses. My friend that usually joins me to give her opinion was unable to come with me. I didn’t need to worry though, because I was lucky enough to work with Tricia!
