I am vary Dissatisfied with this branch i need contacts and they wont do it with out another eye check up. i just paid for one back in july and i didnt have the money to pay for my contacts right then. but i do now and they wont let me get any because its been 90 days and i think thats bull they want me to come in and do another eye exam but if i wanted glasses then i could get them insted of contacts now because it last a year but contacts last 90 day so what the differnts
I am truly not one to complain, but I am very displeased with the service I received at Texarkana Eye Associates, Idabel branch!! I bought glasses for my 4 year old daughter 2 months ago. She managed to scratch them up so I pursued looking into if they had a replacement warranty since we had upgraded to polycarbonite lenses. I was told by Idabel branch that they only had warranties on anti-reflective lenses, whereas the Texarkana branch said that the polycarbonite and scratch coated lenses should have warranties also.
