Have always had a good experience here customer service is A plus.
They will give you adequate eye exams and then harass you with a robocalling service for the rest of your life.
Dr. Henderson is excellent! He impressed me most out of the 3 optometrists I’ve seen in 21 years. The frame selection is decent. Customer service is superb.
I chose this clinic for my first eye exam in the US. Dr. Schlieper was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The overall experience was great -- highly recommend this place and Dr. Schlieper!
Very friendly & professional staff. <3 I’d brought my explorative toddling baby boy with me and the staff was so helpful and friendly about it, even pitching in to distract & entertain him during a large part of my exam. The doc was informative and friendly (and again understanding, even when my boy dumped his snacks all over the floor!). Highly recommend! Note: be sure to show up to the correct location. They have two in Ch’ville. But when I incorrectly showed up at the 5th St Station location, they were very understanding.... read more
