Dr. Neda was awesome! kind and clear. Front desk and the tech were great too. But the sales vibe dipped at the moment I said I only wanted my prescription (no frames today), her demeanor flipped from smiles to look noticeably displeased. Cassie did the impossible: she found frames I genuinely like. I don't enjoy medical appointments, or shopping for frames, but I understand it's a necessary evil. Cassie took a customer who did not want to be there, and handled the whole interaction with poise and compassion.
