I am not much for leaving reviews, but I just had a great experience at the Carlisle My Eye Dr. location. My appointment was with Andrew Franson, OD. My experience was quick, friendly and really well done. I feel like a lot of physicians of all kinds aren't always listening, which makes some sense, as they are the experts. But I really felt like he heard my thoughts and requests and specifics for me that wouldn't show up on an eye test and got me in the best contacts I could have. Nothing wrong with MyEyeDr, as they got me in and out and worked with me without trouble, but their glasses selection i feel is a bit limited
Good communication and overall sales
Pour on everything you make a schedule online just to show up for them to say that they don’t have you scheduled in for an appointment. Systems pour employees doesn’t seem too concerned neither. Must I add No on seen eye doctor’s just videos and you can’t op out of the 40 dollars, you pay for a retinal screening oh and good job on letting us know about are insurance their not able to verify that at the moment because their tryna fix that as well no good at replying towards you.
