Lower the prices a little bit
By people in billing know there job. I keep on being billed when my insurance is suppose to be billed for it. They are only billing Medicare. I also have medicaid which picks up what is left over. This happen last year and was paid in January when went for visit. This is so aggravating to me going threw this again. I won't be coming back. Everyone from the front desk, technicians, Dr. Kester, and optometry made her feel right at home. (And a special thank you to Stacey for calming her down when Alex was worried about getting her eyes dilated—you have a special gift!) The Wade Hampton location is fantastic! They went above and beyond to accommodate me! I got glasses I loved and they were patient and were able to get me the works at affordable pricing! I’d steer clear of the Mills Ave location if you can but after a negative experience at that office they took good care of me with eye bucks and sending me here and I look forward to being a customer for life
Dr. Ward is efficient. The staff isn’t. The tech didn’t wipe off equipment after use. The eyewear I have isn’t working. I contacted the office no response. I had to contact customer relations for a response. Today my eyewear isn’t correct and Renee lied about the process . Stay away they aren’t busy and no one answers the phone. They are only interested in sales customer service doesn’t exist .
Jim Austin helped me with this location. I've always had perfect vision. I didn't know what to expect. All of the tests were very thorough and explained in detail any time I asked a question. I thankfully do not need glasses yet, but I've already picked out the frames I was interested in. It was written on my paperwork. Easy peasy and felt comfortable and very clean environment. Thank you!
