Everyone was really professional and friendly. Best customer service I’ve experienced in while. They helped me pick out glasses and made the process of working through my insurance seamless. I highly recommend!
They claimed they called me, on a wrong number even though I’ve changed my number several times on the website and they have my email to notify me of any changes. Showed up and was told my appointment was cancelled and given away. Very unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Very helpful staff and friendly. Took a little bit to get taken back but staff was so friendly and helpful. Entire process still took less than 1 hour.
