I just came in expecting to get my glasses adjusted. However, I was met with the friendliest people. Rachael adjusted my glasses and went above and beyond for what was supposed to be a simple adjustment. In the future, they will definitely be getting my business.
Went in there explaining I need bifocal glasses so I don't have to keep taking my glasses off for my job. Told it over and over. When I went to pick up I paid 100.00 dollars for reading glasses. I don't need reading glasses and especially for reading glasses. They blamed me for it. I will never go there again. Wasted money and time!
Everyone at the Aberdeen location is stellar to work with. Both the techs and the consultants take their time to explain things clearly at every step, and the environment and atmosphere feels relaxed and down-to-earth yet still professional.
The staff is amazing I love their kindness. They explain everything and are so very thorough. I highly recommend this office. Plus I love my new glasses and look fabulous in them.
