I've been coming here for years and have always been treated so kindly ! I never have to wait long, get great advice when it comes to picking out new frames, and everyone is so friendly !!
On my visit I was greeted by the staff and manager. The location was fairly busy but the staff here was rolling through the work and getting patients taken care of. I especially liked the care given to another patient there who appeared to have a medical issue. My appointment went well and the doctor was very good at explaining answers to my questions.
Presley and GM Bobby helped me andthe service was excellent. Highly recommend!
My Tech Rashad was AMAZING! He has the potential to be a great Eye Doctor should he choose to go down that path . His patient manner is beyond reproach and he makes the whole process seamless.
Everyone was really professional and friendly. Best customer service I’ve experienced in while. They helped me pick out glasses and made the process of working through my insurance seamless. I highly recommend!
