I just wanted to express my gratitude to the team at MyEyeDr. They were incredibly professional and Thomas went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I was a bit nervous at first because I had never worn glasses before, but Thomas was patient and took his time helping me find the perfect frames. If you’re new to glasses or just looking for a new pair, I highly recommend visiting MyEyeDr. They’ll take care of you!
I purchased glasses from this office less than a year ago — one of their most expensive pairs, with several add-ons they recommended. The glasses quickly became crooked. I went back in the fall for an adjustment, but was told the right person wasn’t in. I scheduled an appointment to see that person, showed up — and again, he wasn’t there. Nearly $500 for a 10-minute appointment covered by insurance and 12 months of regular contacts. The contacts were $120. I did get a pair of ‘free’ sunglasses. I’d rather pay a normal price and not get ‘free’ sunglasses!
