Shady. Initially I was excited about the fast appointment. HOWEVER, the fact that my receipt differs from what they post on their website is SHADY. On the website they include the refraction in the service ( when you look through the different lenses and share which is sharper) but it's taken out when billed because most insurance won't cover it and it is then billed to the unknowing customer. This is their MONEY MAKER and it's shady. They gave me "free" sunglass for buying a year's worth of contacts but I don't like a bait ... read more
Doctor and staff were great and patient. They are the reason I continue to go to this location , just wish they had more options for Ray Bans.
Exam went great, picking out frames went great and all the staff was helpful. When I went back to pick up my new glasses, I explained to the person working that I had never had glasses with nose pads before and would need some help adjusting them. I put them on and could tell they weren't fitting right, but as I've never had this type of frame before wasn't sure how to fix it. The person working adjusted them a bit, I put them on and she said they looked good, so I figured maybe I just needed to get used to them. I drove hom... read more
