I was seen on time and the Dr was very informative of my results, I then was sent to Emma for fitting of my glasses. She was very helpful and explained my bill completely. Overall, I was very happy with the visit.
Responded to email reminding me it was time for my eye exam. Clicked the link and set up appointment. Arrived early only to find that they had no appointment for me. Said that the online appointment scheduler doesn’t always work . Offered to set up appointment for next week. I took the day off and that is the best? I waited an hour to see if somebody didn’t show. Asked for an appointment card and they don’t have any. New staff and not very organized or helpful. I love Dr Patel and will hate to loose her

We have been coming to location for a few years. Our insurance has been accepted in past and we have not received notification stating otherwise from the office staff. I arranged an appointment for my boys, turn up for the appointment yesterday only to be told they don’t accept our insurance anymore. I told asked them why I wasn’t notified of this when making the booking or even months in advance like all medical practices do and they had no answer. My first ever eye exam so I didn’t really know what to expect. I was nervous to the point I was hot and sweating. I had to leave mid conversation with the Dr just to cool off and regroup. She knew I wasn’t doing well but took her time with me and explained everything. Got a call from Dr Tai just to check up on me because she knew I wasn’t feeling well. I think that same-day check up call was extremely thoughtful. Shows she really cares for her patients. Fantastic job Dr Tai and the whole group at MyEyeDr! Highly recommend!
