We have been coming to location for a few years. Our insurance has been accepted in past and we have not received notification stating otherwise from the office staff. I arranged an appointment for my boys, turn up for the appointment yesterday only to be told they don’t accept our insurance anymore. I told asked them why I wasn’t notified of this when making the booking or even months in advance like all medical practices do and they had no answer. My first ever eye exam so I didn’t really know what to expect. I was nervous to the point I was hot and sweating. I had to leave mid conversation with the Dr just to cool off and regroup. She knew I wasn’t doing well but took her time with me and explained everything. Got a call from Dr Tai just to check up on me because she knew I wasn’t feeling well. I think that same-day check up call was extremely thoughtful. Shows she really cares for her patients. Fantastic job Dr Tai and the whole group at MyEyeDr! Highly recommend!

Today(06/21/2025), the weekend hours at the Clermont location start at 8am. The doors are open; the office is not sufficiently staffed to conduct business or greet customers. The employee that was on site was not able to answer simple customer service questions. Twenty minutes after arriving there are three customers waiting with no one to provide assistance.
