easily made a last minute appointment, I submitted my insurance info on the email link they sent and the process couldn't be any smoother. I was seen on time, all staff were professional and pleasant. I was also given a great deal on new glasses and a warranty by Adriana.
Booked an appointment for my husband a week in advance. The day before he received a text saying he needed to reschedule. So I rang up and rescheduled. The lady on the phone said a glasses and contact exam was $99.00. Seemed like a good deal seeing as target and Walmart were $125. My husband got to his appointment and after his eye test, the lady stated the exam total was $245! Where did that price come from? And why are you telling me a different price over the phone!? Came here for an appointment and was told my insurance didn’t cover the cost of my contact lens fitting, which from prior experience I did not feel to be true. After going back and forth with the assistant, I ended up making a phone call to receive the 130 additional dollars needed to proceed with the appointment. When I got to the end of the appointment, the fitting was covered by my insurance so I only paid a 10$ copay but I was then told that the contacts were not covered by my insurance and I would need to pay 284 for a ... read more

I’m very disappointed with how my time and gas were wasted. I drove 30 minutes to get there and arrived 20 minutes early, only to be told that my daughter and I needed to reschedule because I missed the phone confirmation. I’ve been working 12-hour shifts for the past two weeks and had a very busy schedule before Christmas, today was my only day off.
