This office was fantastic when I had an eye emergency while visiting from out of state on vacation. I saw them for a detached retina, and needed immediate surgery. They were able to quickly diagnose me and get me an appointment with an eye surgeon to see me within a few hours. It was a stressful time and Dr. Tai and the office staff were fantastic. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I’m currently standing in the lobby for the 10th time within the last month trying to figure out how everything went wrong. The place is swamped there are two people working and I just watched a doctor walk right out the door with at least 20 people inside. Never once helping their staff. I came in for myself and my daughter to get our annual exam along with new frames. That was over a month ago. And I have yet to receive my frames or contacts. Emma was fantastic. Very personable. She adjusted my brand new glasses to fit perfectly and also another pair that I had. She also discovered why my mother was not able to wear her brand new glasses. She is ordering a new pair of glasses for my mother that hopefully she will be able to see out of. It was a pleasure to have Emma as our assistant.
