Went in the for glasses and contact lenses, and the staff was kind and efficient throughout my experience, especially the optician Michael. He’s an absolute gem and was extremely patient and helpful with picking out my eyeglass frames. Amiable employees like Michael really make mundane experiences like getting an eye exam enjoyable
Received wrong prescription and wanted to be re-checked. Made an appointment weeks in advance only for the receptionist to tell me the same day of my appt I will owe over $400 for just an exam. Called another myeyedoctor to compare prices and they told me it would be under $200. Would not recommend + very rude!
