Gary and Tiffany at MyEyeDr. at the Festival helped me with an eyeglass emergency recently. Their caring attitude and thoughtfulness were much appreciated. I can see why so many others have praised this location.
I've been going here for quite a few years, and can't say enough good things about this location. I love Dr. Hayes, he is always friendly and explains everything in detail, and is very thorough. I have a difficult time picking out my eyeglass frames, and the staff always helps me with it. A+++
I do not recommend using this facility. These are not real optometrists. I was seen by Adel Ebraheem, who had an awful bedside manner and completely misdiagnosed me. He told me I needed prescription glasses and insisted on dilating my eyes because he “saw something.” When I asked for clarification, he cut me off and immediately tried to push another appointment and a glasses purchase.
