Appointment + glasses was about $400 after insurance, but I still haven't received my glasses almost a month later. I won't be back.
Chelsea the Manager was terrific. The optical exam team of Allie, Gia and Dr. Shin were exceptional! The exam was a breeze and they made me feel comfortable and explained everything very well. I'm buying lenses and this will be my go to optical store for many years to come. Kudos!
Aberdeen office needs to get it together. I brought my daughter and we didn't see the doctor for 2 hours and then the doctor did the exam twice. Got here at 3p and we are still in the office and the doctor just got here at 5:15. There are patients still waiting to be seen and they closed 15 minutes ago.
Great location for our family. I tried using my insurance for my contacts at my previous Dr's office to just get the insurance amount first but they "didn't allow that". MyEyeDr was on my list of providers so I brought my Rx in and they were able to fulfill my request. I immediately booked my kids to see them for their yearly exam and they were great (July 2024).
