Made an appointment in person and went in at the appropriate time and date and was told I did not respond to them in 72 hours prior to the appointment. Therefore my appointment was canceled and I was told that's just too bad you will have to make another appointment. I told them no thank you.
Love this place! Dr. Glenn Middleton (aka Dr. G) is top tier and hands down the best optometrist I’ve ever had. I’ve been going to eye doctors for 20+ years and it’s not even close. Most of the staff is also great. Prescription expired once and they still looked out with some contacts. Came through in the clutch! My fellow contact wearers understand this when a fresh one rips/tears on you. It was my last one too. Choose this place for all your optometry needs. I highly recommend!
Insurance messed up, was gave 10 min “grace period” to figure it out. Customer lost.
Appointment + glasses was about $400 after insurance, but I still haven't received my glasses almost a month later. I won't be back.
Chelsea the Manager was terrific. The optical exam team of Allie, Gia and Dr. Shin were exceptional! The exam was a breeze and they made me feel comfortable and explained everything very well. I'm buying lenses and this will be my go to optical store for many years to come. Kudos!
