Great location for our family. I tried using my insurance for my contacts at my previous Dr's office to just get the insurance amount first but they "didn't allow that". MyEyeDr was on my list of providers so I brought my Rx in and they were able to fulfill my request. I immediately booked my kids to see them for their yearly exam and they were great (July 2024). I was having the worst day and wasn't looking forward to having to go to yet another doctor's appointment. However, upon arrival I was greeted with truthful and honest happy greetings ( not your clinical and typical "hello"). You could tell that the staff were happy and enjoyed their jobs and customer relations. I just got new glasses & my lens is poking out & this place literally told me that’s how it’s supposed to be, I’ll never go here again.
Dr Middleton was excellent. He was very thorough when I had some eye issues. Also impressed by the professionalism of the manager Chelsea who assisted both my husband and I in our choices of glasses. We'll be back.
