Word of caution, check with your insurance company as to what they cover. The man that you sit with to order your glasses will try to over charge you significantly. Please call your insurance company and be clear of your benefits cover so you wont be over charged. He tried to over charged me but once I stepped to the side and called my insurance company and I spoke with the office manager i received my glasses at the correct price. This was last year so im not sure if that man still works there but if he is buyer beware.
I had my eyes examined ordered a pair of glasses they told me they'd be in in a week play never came in never got a phone call from nobody made a phone call and they said they would be in on the following Thursday they were never in nobody called me about him so I made a phone call come to find out the glass frames we're missing still never got a phone call then three days later they ended up that they were there 3 weeks for a pair of glasses after they told me it was a week this place is going downhill fast
My experience with MyEyeDr. in Dunkirk was fantastic. So easy to make an appointment. They called to make sure my insurance was on file and accurate. The front desk staff is exceptional. The eye doctor was even better - she listened to me and made sure to cover the various items I wanted her to review and help me with. This will be my family eye doctor from here on.
