The guy who saw me today was so rude and very, very condescending and very unprofessional! I felt that I was targeted racially! I called your “ Organization” as soon as I got home and filled a complaint! I am also in the process of talking to my lawyer!
Worst Dr Franklin is the worst -you show up a few minutes late a few and she won't take you. She doesn't care for her patients even long time patients what so ever. Don't waste your time. Please please go somewhere else.
Doctor was great. The guy that I saw to pick up my glasses was rude as hell. I bought 2 pair, a clear lens and tinted lenses for my oakly sunglasses. The clear glasses I got can barely be used due to the glare they produce, no one explained "anti glare" to me.. and when i told him noone explained it to me he flat out told me I was a liar, and they always explain anti glare.. so basically, it just sucks to be me. Early to my appointment but they took me right away. Very nice. Professional and even funny. Only took an hour from beginning to end but I was definitely taken care of. Highly recommended
Had an appointment and the one gentleman working said how much he disliked working with a bunch of women when I asked how he was doing after my appointment. He then proceeded to be very condescending when asking questions about my eye insurance benefits. I left enraged and rather defeated. I will be making a complainant to the corporate office because he was so out of line.
