Scheduled an appointment in late October for an eye exam. Due to locations closing, the closest appointment was not until today, December 29th. No problem, as I could still use my insurance benefits this year. I show up, and they have no record of me scheduling an appointment and I’m Pushed off until March of 2021. Now another 3 months of waiting. Do not recommend this location at all!
I have been having a terrible experience with this store.. and what bothers me most is that they have a voicemail system but they refuse to return phone calls.. I've left 2 messages and i never got a phone call back.. i have to keep calling and asking when will my glasses be in... i keep getting "O, sometime this week" and nothing!.. i am very disappointed.. not professional at all.. no follow up.. and i still dont have the correct glasses.. its been 9 weeks!
