Extremely frustrated with how this office handles scheduling. They canceled my appointment just two hours before, claiming a tech had sprained her ankle over the weekend and only three people would be in the office. I fail to understand why that means my appointment with the doctor had to be canceled entirely. Last-minute cancellations like this are unprofessional and show a lack of consideration for patients' time and planning.
I needed to have two eyeglass frames fixed. I stopped by and in no time they were both fixed and cleaned. The gentleman who helped me was wonderful. Thank you for your help!!!
My visit was pleasant from the beginning of my exam to the end!! Each doctor and licensed optometrist (staff member) took their time with me and made sure everything was thoroughly addressed! Best Eye center hands down!! I HIGHLY recommend!
I have not found a better Eye Doctor Office! They are truely Amazing! I'm Blessed to have found a office that truely cares. The Boss is so nice and he has chosen the most wonderful staff, especially Mindy! Everyone is so sweet and caring and do the very Best for you!
