I'm being generous. The reason this is getting even a 2 start rating is the Dr's and the Lab Manager are 5 star. HOWEVER, we have been going here for over 10 years and when MyEyeDR. bought them out they also evidently got rid of the ability to actually make the lenses. Ordering a pair of glasses is rather easy. Receiving the glasses seems to be where they get hung up. My daughter was going on over 3 weeks before she received her glasses. I had to call them multiple times to get any response.
