Terrible office management!! I keep signing HIPAA forms but never get my records. Withholding medical records is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE. I am referring this matter to the Attorney General's office.
Excellent, warm, friendly care from the greeting of the receptionist, the friendly efficiency of the technician, the kind, thoughtful care of the doctor, and warmth and ease of ordering glasses. I highly recommend this MyEyeDr location.
