I found the service very dissatisfying. I made an appointment for an eye exam weeks in advance, and they waited until the day before my appointment to tell me my insurance was not accepted and this would now cost me 100s. This is extremely inconsiderate to their customers as it can take weeks/months just to get an appointment never mind waiting for the glasses to be made.
