Conversed in a friendly manner, seen in a timely manner & overall, made to feel comfortable with explanations given throughout the process. Very nice office personnel. From reception, to technician (Scott) to the eye dr to to the help in picking out new glasses and getting a good price to boot! Everyone treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this office.
Very efficient, friendly staff. Scott was a great technician with an informal, knowledgeable approach to his work making me feel instantly at ease. Dr Vaccula is the best eye doctor I've had, sharing what he saw in regular words.
