Dr. Sullivan was fantastic and I will absolutely be returning to him for eye exams. However I will not be purchasing frames from here again. Be aware they sell you the floor model frames. You are not getting brand new frames no matter how much they cost. Update: The patient relations person Dennis, has also been fantastic. However, I just received my glasses today, a week later after they “ordered them new”. After telling me it would take up to 8 weeks. I walked into ur establishment to purchase eyedrops. Their were two ladies behind the desk. One being very polite and nice the other being rude and snobbish. Plus to just purchase eye drops they wanted my name, phone#,address and birthday. I can see all that information being given if I was a patient but since I was only purchasing eye drops it's a Lil over kill, wouldn't you say?
