They need to change their policy for appointments. We had a 11:10 apt and we arrived 5 min early. A couple walked in right behind us and they had a 10:50 apt. They were taken back for their eye exam and we were left waiting. After a 40 min wait we asked why it was taking so long. From our first phone call with Ashley and then our meeting with Chrystal - we were extremely impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. I brought my elderly father in for new eyeglasses, and we received amazing service and had the order completed within 30 minutes.
