I've been going to MyEyeDr. in Annapolis Towne Center for the last several years, and every visit has been exceptional! Dr. Shields is truly amazing—knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. He provides excellent care and makes every appointment comfortable and informative. The staff is equally wonderful—friendly, professional, and always welcoming. From start to finish, my experience is always seamless. I highly recommend MyEyeDr. for anyone looking for top-notch eye care.
The staff is friendly but sadly I won’t return to this location. I set an appointment in advance for 11am. I got here at 10:30am to make sure all my paperwork was file (as an extra measure I even checked in on the portal several days in advance!) and yet here I am sitting at 11:03am and still haven’t been brought back for my appointment. Not to mention another guy is here who also has an 11am is sitting here waiting as me equally as annoyed! Disappointing!
Overall, a great experience. The check-in process was smooth and easy, the doctor was very nice and knowledgeable, and the specialist helped me pick out a pair of glasses that looked good and were budget friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and help me pick out something to fit my needs.
. Omg, I love Ms, Ashleigh, she’s so sweet:) Very kind, and amazing at her work. I called today, and after one word she knew who it was. 10/10 customer service. She had my prescription memorized. Dr. Shields is also very kind. He treats all his patients with kindness, is very open-minded and tries to get his patients the best quality lens.
