I find it to be the least I can do is to provide a shining review for this business as they have been simply amazing with my child! You see, my child has several conditions that present certain factors that can be off putting to many people. Yet, this business really took it all in stride and was kind, patient, and accommodating. Never treating my child any different from anyone else! We even had a clerical issue with insurance and the associates took it all one step at a time, with patience, and made it all happen! Arrived to my appointment on time and was notified that the doctor was an HOUR behind schedule. I understand that situations can arise, but to not notify patients the moment you know there's going to be such a huge delay, is truly a huge misstep on the front desk's part. Very disappointing.
Dr Munoz was great! She took her time to discuss all my eye issues and explained everything to a T, making sure I understood and accepted all answers. I never felt rushed which these days is unheard of. Highly recommend!
