I had a wonderful experience ay MyEyeDr in Olney. The staff was welcoming. The doctor was nice and informative. Yenny was very helpful in explaining my insurance coverage and helping me pick out my glasses. I will be coming back!
This woman and her assistant was rude as hell to me didn’t take my feelings into consideration. I told them I was not going to take a test and she just keep insisting being rude and telling me what I need to do. The day before she also poked me in my eye with a tube that had dye in it and was rough with me. I come back today and I knew I should have just waited. Extremely unhappy with the service I experienced here I had to get my prescription updated so I ordered a new pair of glasses + sunglasses. I told them I wanted the same exact thing as my previous glasses but no transition lenses, they ordered that fine. They suggested I also order a new pair of prescription sunglasses I requested they just replace the lenses in the current ray bans that I had.
