This My Eye Doctor is the most professional one I have been in. We needed lots of help and Ben helped my husband, and Andrew helped me. The best part was how knowledgeable both men were and how many questions they answered, The patience’s they showed and respect was very much appreciated. The Management of this store is amazing. I had a wonderful experience ay MyEyeDr in Olney. The staff was welcoming. The doctor was nice and informative. Yenny was very helpful in explaining my insurance coverage and helping me pick out my glasses. I will be coming back!
This woman and her assistant was rude as hell to me didn’t take my feelings into consideration. I told them I was not going to take a test and she just keep insisting being rude and telling me what I need to do. The day before she also poked me in my eye with a tube that had dye in it and was rough with me. I come back today and I knew I should have just waited.
