Kiny was awsome!
I am very disappointed with the service I received at this MyEyeDr. location. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time and have visited other locations without any issues, which makes this experience even more upsetting. While the doctor I saw was great, the service I received when picking up my glasses was unacceptable. I was almost sent home with glasses where the lens was not fully secured in the frame. Very very rude general manager. Wondering if the color of my skin has anything to do with his demeanor towards me. I have experienced bad customer service at this location from the first year I came here. But this tops it all. Dr Wiley is very nice and I have no complaints whatsoever about her.
Doctor Riley is a great doctor, but the glasses saleswoman had a bad attitude after I confronted her about her lack of customer service, and her excuse for it was that she was tired. Seriously? Every time I ask her to explain how much for the both of my kids, she gives an attitude. If it were not for the doctor, I wouldn’t come back there.
