The experience was excellent. The staff’s attitude towards customers was very professional and extra courteous. Kaleigh helped us through the process. My family was well satisfied and taken care of during the visit. We think that she obviously deserves 5stars from us.
Dr. Wiley has taken care of me and 3 generations of my family for decades. She is the most delightful, caring and concerned optometrist we have ever received eye care. Recently she diagnosed a PVD and had ne in with retinal surgeon “stat”. Both Dr. Wiley and my retinal surgeon spoke highly of each other! The office staff is also wonderful. I went to purchase my first pair progressives and the staff was super helpful! They helped to find my old profile and explained the process very clearly. Irene was exceptional in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses - I was very impressed! It was a great experience.
