Doctor Riley is a great doctor, but the glasses saleswoman had a bad attitude after I confronted her about her lack of customer service, and her excuse for it was that she was tired. Seriously? Every time I ask her to explain how much for the both of my kids, she gives an attitude. If it were not for the doctor, I wouldn’t come back there.
If you have been putting off getting new glasses - wait no longer. Dr Wiley is an outstanding knowledgeable optometrist. Very patient and always kind. She cares for 3 generations of our family and never disappoints. Mo makes the next step a breeze. His cheerful demeanor and extensive knowledge is a rare find while browsing for frames.
