Have had great experiences here. However, have tried visiting on 3 different days during posted hours to find the store closed. For example, they should be open until 6 today and I am here shortly after 4, only to find the store closed once again. Is this branch still in business?
I had an eye exam at the John Milton location. Sabaa was a total champ on getting my visit covered via insurance. The optometrist was thorough, professional and caring. Not sure what truly happened with other reviewers, but my experience of this place was outstanding.
On hold for 1 and 1/2 hours today at the Herndon office. Called the Fairfax office with a simple question that the Herndon Office never answered and put on hold again. Really? All I had was a simple question that could have led to a pair of glasses at their locations. Been going there for sometime. So disappointed!
