I had an eye exam on September 7, 2025, and was told I could place my order for glasses the next day. Unfortunately, the salesperson I initially worked with was out of the office. When I attempted to place my order with someone else, I was told the price had changed. When I asked why, no one could give me a clear answer, and I was advised to wait until the original salesperson returned—which took over a week. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars to this location I would. I want to start off by mentioning that the gentleman in the front was very helpful. Although, he initially did seem as though he just did not want to hear it he did end up helping my husband and I out. I had a myeye dr appointment at the kentlands location for 5 o clock. Firstly, I don't drive and rely on Uber or lyft to take me everywhere. I booked an Uber well in advance to my appointment.
