Someone who works here made a questionable comment on my mom’s accent over the phone along the lines of “Call tomorrow if you want to speak to someone in Spanish.” This was out of nowhere since my mom never asked for anyone who speaks Spanish or mention anything related to that at all. This is definitely racially motivated and for sure inappropriate considering what the call was about. Bad service in general too. Actual doctors are good though
