I had a great experience here - after several issues with my insurance I ended up paying out of pocket because I couldn’t get a different appointment anytime soon, and this group took care of me with self pay discounts. I actually....kind of had fun at the eye doctor!? They will price match costs of contact lenses online (for example, 1-800-Contacts) which was also great.

Does not accept all insurance ads are wrong! 2nd Shara she was polite but I spoke to her multiple times just cuz she had no idea about insurance information she makes you call your insurance so you can find out if you can go to MyEyeDr. and she is very clueless on giving information does not help out. Turning customers away. I was finally scheduled after I called my regular spot I go too for my ins info. Let me say my insurance always cover my kids vision exam. The cost of the glasses is a bit much but I can see well now and they were very nice

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a negative experience at almost every step of the way with this practice. I made my appointment on line, received an email confirmation and came on time, only to be told that there was a glitch with their system and they didn't have any record of my appointment. So I had to make another appointment and come back a different day. At my appointment I was given a trial pair of contacts, but was never told that if I wanted to make changes I had to do so within a certain number of days.... read more
