This optical office by far has given me the WORST service I have ever received. I have tried on multiple occasions by phone and today in person to schedule my follow-up eye dilation. Not only was I not scheduled for an appointment they mysteriously could not find me in the system until I drove all the way home and returned with my receipt from a comprehensive exam.
