I was having difficulty seeing after loosing one of my contact lenses. So, I looked for a good Optometrist and found one here in Suwanee. I was fitted with a new set of contact lenses and can see much better now. Dr. Chen and her staff at MyEyeDr. are the truest of blessings. Thank you all.
This is by far one of the worst offices I’ve been to. I use to go to the sandy springs location until they changed doctors and they started charging me for service I didn’t want or have. Therefore I complaint after Me and my receiving an eye infection and a bill for services I denied. After Me and my son receive an eye infection for the same service (first time eye contacts lens). I would not recommend this place due to their lack of knowledge and condescending attitude when the customer is trying to sort things out. During my first visit and last visit, my insurance company had to call them (while I was on the phone) to educate them about their insurance coverage and that I wasn’t responsible for a contact lenses fitting as long as I chose from the collection of contact lenses they covered. Went for safety glasses oct.30 2024. IT Is now also most march 2025 and still no safety glasses. No text messages or any kind of update on the issue. Is this the customer service you get here. Maybe better to use a different location.
Dr. Chen is the most kind and attentive doctor to her patients. However, the facility requires some remodeling and a thorough deep cleaning. Additionally, the staff should be more polite to clients. The service after the doctor’s appointment feels rushed and somewhat rude. They tend to push expensive add-ons for glasses that are not truly necessary, making clients feel as though these extras are essential. So be aware of what you are paying for and what is covered by your insurance
