Appointment for my mom and she has been going here forever since when Dr. Young was present. She calls ahead and says she will be around 11 minutes late if that’s okay and it is about an hour drive. They say that’s fine and that they have a grace period anyways. It took her about 5 minutes more than estimated and instead of calling her to ask if she’s near, they cancel the appointment while she’s pulling into the parking lot. I went to this my eye doctor to get some context and they were so kind loving understandable. I would definitely 10 out of 10 the manager Jose is amazing and the doctor she is amazing. I appreciate all of them. The second time I came back I was like yeah we’re definitely family now you just feel comfortable. You don’t feel like yes ma’am no ma’am you gotta say that you’re just like yeah girl so I really appreciate them. Definitely my eye doctor 10 out of 10.
I’ve been visiting My Eye Dr. on 92 next to 575 for the past several years. My regular doctor sent me to another eye doctor for diabetic eye exam which was a horrible experience. I came back to My Eye Dr. on 92 and Jose help me to pick out my glasses. He also measured my eyes for the correct fitting of the prescription. When I come back to pick up my new glasses, Jose took extra time with me to adjust the new glasses to properly fit my face. He is absolutely so wonderful and good at his job. My doctor was extremely thorough and I’m extremely happy with my glasses and all of their help with choosing the right ones that would fit my face and look nice
