Most amazing experience. Jose found my issue immediately and i am so satisfied.
I felt like they’ve been taking advantage of me. My first visit, everything went well except the doctor said they don’t have the sample for my contact lenses with my prescription and they won’t give me my lens prescription until I have tried the trial lenses that the doctor has prescribed. With that being said, I have to come back for the second time. And when the contact lens was ready, I went there for a second visit and surprisingly they charged me for $60! The person who works the front desk is so kind and knowledgeable, and the eye doctors genuinely care about you. I also feel very supported when ordering contacts over the phone or picking out and trying on glasses in the store. Overall the best experience I’ve had at the eye doctor, and a seamless appointment every year!
