Me and my husband first time coming to this place. Drove an hour and half to get here. Before his appointment we called ahead to make sure his insurance covered the appointment we was told yes you covered and don't have to pay anything. They checked him never said anything about having to pay a fee. He have medicare and medicaid never had to a copay nowhere but this place and the one person was so rude about it. We will never return to this place again. Even the insurance company told me I didn't suppose to pay anything

Mixed review. The scheduling and appointment went perfectly. The Dr. and the actual eye exam was great. After the eye exam no one was there to help me with my frame/rx lens purchase. I was told to come back the next day. More missed work and another drive there yet no one was staffing the front of the house to help me. No one took my name and number to contact me when someone was available and I'm not making a wasted trip again when I badly needed to get eyeglasses. I picked up my glasses today, after a really simple process of picking them out and getting them made. While I was in the store, the ladies working (around lunchtime) were being treated so poorly by an extremely arrogant customer (he was even rude to me). One of the ladies was clearly helping him on her on his lunch break. Their demeanor was so calm and their customer service was above and beyond. If they handled that situation so calmly, I imagine they can handle anything. Kudos to them.

The quality of the staff has definitely declined. My husband's appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM on a Saturday, but when we arrived, the staff claimed the appointment was at 2:20 PM. They said it had been confirmed, but we never received a confirmation call. To make matters worse, the woman in charge was rude and unprofessional in her response to us

The staff from intake to glasses selection are very knowledgeable and willing to help. I mistakenly created an additional patient profile , the team was quick to recognize what I did and make sure we were using the correct information. Dr. Alfaro was great, she answered all my questions offered good care and advice and made me feel welcome. Daniel, was very thorough when I selected my frames and lenses.
