The girls are rude, called in for the first time to see if my mom‘s insurance would cover - which they looked it up and it did but as I was talking, they’re just talking over me. They’re not really listening to what I was saying it was just them wanting to get the appointment - so for that, I’m not happy because it’s all about patient care and loving on people.
Really bad customer service. My order got lost due to a "glitch" and then the prescription wasn't right. I had to go to a different Doctor's office and do it all over again.
Update june 24 2025 got a phone call from corporate i think saying they fixed the bill. It was a mess up on their end. Since the did fix it i will be adding a star still wont give 5 because of the office not calling me back in a decent time frame. The doctor is very nice and answers questions. My problem is that I got a bill from them even though I paid for everything that day. I highly recommend the Palm Beach Gardens office. The staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. The doctor was very thorough and reassuring about my eye health. I usually hate picking frames but Jasmine offered an excellent selection that really suited me. It is a pleasure to deal with a customer-oriented business.
