Extremely rude staff! I have been to many MyEyeDoctor office and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service was terrible and when I asked a question one of the staff rudely stated ‘I’ve been doing this for 30 years’. There are my other offices to go to. I would recommend any other office than Thurmont.
Gave me another patient's file, didn't tell me about the contact-fitting fee of over $100 (which consisted of being left alone to put them in myself) even when I went over the charges beforehand, rude at checkout, and more. Worst eye exam experience I've ever had by far.
