The most in depth eye exam I’ve ever had! No wait when I arrived for my 8am appointment! Friendly staff and patient! Jantrel is the best, most pleasant person to do business with!
Would definitely not recommend coming here with all the Vision options available in Greenville. The arms on my glasses were way too long. When I took them back in to be readjusted, the lady just kept bending and bending until they somewhat felt more secure. They look silly with half the arm bent down. Now they dig into my ears. I was not satisfied but they didn't seem to care. Great customer service?!! Definitely will not be back!
Saw Dr Hanna, for the first time today! She was awesome, very friendly, attentive, gave me good advice and really listened to my questions! The whole experience was wonderful, from the time I checked in, till I left! Everyone was super nice and helpful! Highly recommend this place!
So I stopped by today May 19, 2025 at 1:38 pm . Just to get a quote on contacts with my insurance. The manager and the employee who said they couldn't give me a quote because I didn't have a prescription of my contacts. But the two other eye businesses gave me quotes how does that make sense. They literally just pushed away business. It's like how hard is it to type a person's insurance up and see what discounts and stuff you get at their business it's not that hard.. plus every business gives a quote
