Jerome was excellent in identifying the issue with my glasses and worked it out to the point that I didn’t have to pay any extra money! Would absolutely recommend this MyEyeDr to everyone.
Excellent attentive service. Jazz is the best manager in town. She jumps in whenever and wherever she is needed. A small wait prior to my appointment but not a huge deal. Used the time to pick out frames. Good selection and staff offer to order frames if not in that particular store. Been going here for years, moved and now I’m driving an hour to stick with this store. I tried another store but nothing compares.
Jerome is the best LDO. His customer service is exceptional!
Fast, efficient testing. Both of the clinical ladies were professional and friendly. The young lady that helped me select the frames was outstanding. Very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. And Jerome is the G.O.A.T. This location is the best in this area.
What an amazing experience. Everyone was so polite! There was a small wait and they were so apologetic! The tech was absolutely amazing. I also absolutely LOVED my interaction with Trel. I had no plans to purchase anything today but her amazing personality SOLD me and the now new glasses I will be getting. She is so sweet, personable, and just all around amazing. Please give this woman a raise!
