Went for an eye exam only and they were all so attentive and friendly. Jerome specifically was such a kind man that he offered help with my glasses in the future even if I didn't buy them from him. He has an exceptional personality and was a very memorable person from my visit. Highly recommend their services.
Unable to see a real doctor at this office. You have to talk to a person on a video. So wrong, my insurance pays them the same of patients who do get to see a doctor. Not going there any more.
The most in depth eye exam I’ve ever had! No wait when I arrived for my 8am appointment! Friendly staff and patient! Jantrel is the best, most pleasant person to do business with!
Would definitely not recommend coming here with all the Vision options available in Greenville. The arms on my glasses were way too long. When I took them back in to be readjusted, the lady just kept bending and bending until they somewhat felt more secure. They look silly with half the arm bent down. Now they dig into my ears. I was not satisfied but they didn't seem to care. Great customer service?!! Definitely will not be back!
