Good service
Extremely disappointed. Their eyeglass prescriptions are only valid for 1 year, whereas most other places offer 2 years. On top of that, the new prescription gives me noticeable dizziness, and I can’t read small text. My old glasses are actually much clearer than the new ones. When I asked for help, they told me the prescription only has a 90-day re-check window and demanded I pay for a whole new exam.
What an outstanding crew at the Burke Centre MyEyeDr! We entered as complete newbies with no experience with glasses/contacts, and were treated with such grace and care! They assessed my daughter's vision, patiently helped her pick out her first pair of glasses and taught her how to wear contacts! We had a follow-up appointment one week later where they listened and made adjustments efficiently, and now she can see better than ever! So impressed with the whole team - especially Geri, Shafiq, Dr Hsu and Dr Maleki!
I made an appointment for a biannual checkup just about the previous week on Zocdoc. According to the site, they accepted my healthcare plan and provider, but it didn’t seem that way as I arrived for my appointment. Mind you, as I spoke on the phone with the receptionist prior to my visit, she told me that I was covered. All in all, the front desk was very helpful in letting me know that they don’t accept my plan at this location and redirected me to one that did. Shafia helped select frames for me to try on. Everything he chose was better than what I first picked. Dr. Maleki is wonderful- so knowledgeable and warm!
