Fast and kind service, would recommend
Great experience with Dr. Maleki and the entire office. As someone who works in healthcare, I know how much goes on behind the scenes to create a great patient experience, and it definitely showed. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Maleki was thorough, professional, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed.
Surprisingly unsatisfying visit... Too bad you are "disuppointed" with my feedback. I am happy to receive a partial refund at least for the time I spent waiting... 0. I actually have to add a zero point: the company AlconChoice that makes contacts that i was strongly recommended to purchace by this palce makes it a multi-step process to get my so-called "rebate" back. Besides all the steps that they list on the broshure, you also need a "rebate code" that was supposed to be given to me at the time of purchase by this office.... read more
