Tried the remote exam for the first time! Had a pleasant experience and would recommend!
My mom had her eye exam here a week ago and was extremely happy with both the service and Dr. Maleki’s care. Her positive experience encouraged me to schedule my own exam. The staff is professional and welcoming, and Dr. Maleki is exceptionally thorough and truly cares about her patients’ well being. I highly recommend this location.
I got my eye exam and they tried to accuse me of saying I wanted some eye pictures that I specifically said no too. I then told them I specifically didn’t want the kind of contacts they had me try in the store and that’s what they ordered for me and put on my prescription. I specifically said I didn’t want these and showed them the ones I wanted online and they told me that’s what they ordered but nope. This place is 100% trying to scam you, would not recommend.
They didn’t let me know anything and didn’t prepare the doctor with my insurance plan and coverage. So I had no idea what I was paying. I don’t remember the name of the man who helped me after the eye exam but he didn’t print out my prescription, receipt or anything, barely interacted with me. I totally forgot to ask about it until I got home and realized how odd they were. Besides the doctor who did the exam, everyone else seems disinterested in their job.
