Well, their online system is terrible. I made an appointment. I had to reschedule it. It confirmed the appointment and then I get a phone call saying that the system already had somebody booked there which is very inconvenient for me because I had to get a ride to go to my doctor's appointment so I thought the Naugatuck location was bad.This one is not any better if you cannot keep the appointment that the online system provides to your customers then don't offer online scheduling. After Todays Experience, I will be Finding A New Eye Doctor. The Eye Doctor told Me something that was Wrong, I Left the Building in Tears. Please Don’t Refer Me to A Specialist, will Deal with my Diagnosis with my MD. Don’t Recommend this Office. The Optometrist Had No Compassion, and Wouldn’t Explain that I Would Probably be OK. Terrible Experience, and Very Bad at Explaining Things To Me, Terrible Communication Skills.
I had a 10:20 AM appointment today, and I was out the door in less than an hour after a thorough eye examination and two pairs of glasses chosen and ordered with Nancy, who was very helpful as she understands insurance very well. Overall this was a very positive experience for me. Cheers, JL
Great place overall, however today I showed up to pick up my sunglasses around 1 and the glasses had clear frames in them. They told me they were going to change them, so I asked if they could and they said of course. I was not bothered by this at all, they told me I could come back around 2:45 and pick them up. After leaving I received a call that they were ready and headed back. I got there around 2:20 and the doors were locked… and the store doesn’t even close until 3pm!
