Excellent staff and smooth medical experience!
Don’t even bother calling, whoever is working front desk is upright lazy and rude. Everytime I have called I have been automatically been put on hold and the wait is never ending. People have other things to do than wait on hold for an hour, when the question could’ve been answered in literally 2 minutes max. Ended up hanging up after being on hold for a while, and she just straight up hung up on my face the second time. Worst eye doctor office ever They are unorganize, they make appointments and cancel them even if you confirm, the made doctor is rude as heck. I’ll never go back here and I don’t recommended this p.o.s place
Brought my grandma there and the medical assistant, the guy at the front desk and the lady that helped my grandma with the glasses were very professional can't complain however the male doctor whatever his name is with a long ponytail hair was a bit rude and also worked as if he was in a rush talking so quickly i was getting upset already losing my patience not sure whether I want to bring my grandma back here again or change to another doctor here 😑
Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this location or book with Dr. Kevin So. He is so rude, he needs to learn manners and treat his patients better. Disgusting behavior and should not be treated like that from a healthcare professional. Needs to go back to school and learn how to treat his patients. If you ask him to repeat something or ask a question he gets irritated, like it’s your literal job. If you’re reading this, maybe find another job where you’re happy.
