Excellent Facility. From Dr. Ferreira to the staff, all were very accommodating and made for a great experience. m
The doctor is very nice but the rest of the stuff (especially the receptionist) is very unprofessional. They forced/bullied me into using the wrong frame multiple times despite my concerns about them fitting incorrectly. It also ended up not being the size of the frame that I chose. I have worn glasses for 40 years & the receptionist was trying to tell me how to “take them off & on.” The entire experience was insulting. Tried many time to get my safety glasses corrected, been months now not resolved. Been there multiple times they made me come back with nothing resolved. Poor services.
I wish there was a way to give no star. These people are unprofessional and very rude. Doesn’t know how to speak to their patients and I work in the field of medical and this was very disappointing the way I was treated. Had my face hung up on only because I didn’t know how to pick up a prescription nor what phone number I had on file. I received a call from the front desk to confirm my upcoming appointment. Everything seemed fine until I was unexpectedly asked to provide the last four digits of my Social Security number over the phone. I expressed that this isn't standard practice and was transferred to someone named Bridget, who I was told is the office manager.
