Genuinely the worst service ever. Being kind to the people that work there is like being kind to a wall. No receptivity, no insight, no help. Bare minimum energy flowing throughout the whole place. I normally dont even give reviews but had to for this specific location. So many better mr. Eye drs and optometrists to go to.
Great experience with both the doctor and the front staff! Bridget was amazing; so sweet and so helpful with picking out frames!
I have been using this office for 15 years. Debbie and Carol are the glue that keeps it functioning. I have watched people come and go and everyone who comes in depends on their expertise and knowledge to solve whatever issue is presented. Thank you
Staff was very friendly. 3 stars because the Dr that I spoke with through video chat tried to say I have glaucoma because im brown.. had my eyes checked by two other places only for them to agree with me that I had no signs of glaucoma. So yea.. experience wouldve been better if the Dr didnt assume my ethnicity then try and say I have something that wasnt there.. wont come here again because of it.
