Signs everywhere frames on sale I asked which ones I was told I would just have to find them. Even with insurance I couldn’t afford what the eye doctor recommended. Husband and I both got our glasses and they both need to be remade. Mine were not made to the proscription. Being remade on rush still takes the same amount of time as regular.

Very shady business practices. I have not had any good experiences with them after receiving my glasses.. First pair wasn't the correct ones. Second pair was fine.. broke first pair, called for replacements, they said I had no insurance to cover. I was told I need to wear glasses before getting contacts.. Never was able to get appointment until recently. Now they're saying I need to pay out of pocket. Very helpful, polite, and patient.
I really appreciate Jessica for going out of her way to assist me at another location to replace my frames. I expressed my concerns for the other location and Jessica offered to meet me there for my replacement. Going forward I'll be at this one (in the mall) for my next pair of glasses.
