Ne’shay was amazing! She took our family of 5 and walked us through the processes and ensured that we knew exactly what we needed and didn’t need. She also took the extra time to show our son who just turned 18, how to read the insurance and know exactly what he was paying for. Avoid this place at all costs. It's been nearly a month of dealing with their complete incompetence. Followed up after two weeks to find out my contacts had never actually been ordered and my son's glasses had arrived without anyone updating us. Two more weeks pass and their system says the contacts have been "partially shipped". When asked what that means, I was told "Maybe they only had the left or right lens currently. Ne’ Shay is the best! Quick efficient and sweet as can be. I came in on vacation after I Broke my glasses and she swept my concerns immediately.
Just left the My Eye Dr. Williamsburg location feeling heard and provided for. Both my physican, Lizanette Paulino and my eyeware consulant, Me'Shay, were excellent in their field, leaving me feeling that I was in great hands.
Ne’Shay was super helpful and friendly! She made the effort to get to know me as a person and not just a client. I had a very good first experience. Everyone else there was very friendly and helpful.
