I walked in at the myeyeDr.located at 4655-201 Monticello Ave, Williamsburg, VA 23188 today. My eye glass lenses had been broken out of the frame. I thought I would have to drop it off and wait a week for it to be repaired. Nope, Ms.Ne'shay, said they do not do drop off but actually do repairs on the spot! Well in about 10 minutes she had me on my way out the door with my glasses fixed and NO CHARGE! THANK YOU! Oh, and the all of office staff are professional and very polite!
The office is very clean, organized, and has lots of frames to choose from. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My exam was quick, easy, and painless. My frames came in qucikly with no issues. They fit very comfortable while being stylish and affordable!
Ne’shay was amazing! She took our family of 5 and walked us through the processes and ensured that we knew exactly what we needed and didn’t need. She also took the extra time to show our son who just turned 18, how to read the insurance and know exactly what he was paying for. This was an amazing experience and we will definitely come back again. Thanks Ne’Shay!!
Avoid this place at all costs. It's been nearly a month of dealing with their complete incompetence. Followed up after two weeks to find out my contacts had never actually been ordered and my son's glasses had arrived without anyone updating us. Two more weeks pass and their system says the contacts have been "partially shipped". When asked what that means, I was told "Maybe they only had the left or right lens currently. Ne’ Shay is the best! Quick efficient and sweet as can be. I came in on vacation after I Broke my glasses and she swept my concerns immediately.
