they fixed my husband's glasses without any questions and they did it right away excellent job
This was the best eye exam Ive ever had. And half of it was done virtually!!! Hear me out-the staff is very friendly. An eye tech does the first part of the testing and NO PUFF OF AIR!!! Thank God, they have a new way of checking eye pressure. Easy peasy! Next, a tech comes on by way of video visit for the second part ( which one is clearer. 1 or 2. You know that test). 1. I paid for scratch resistance glasses. It scratched 2 months later and the front desk staff said, well it's not really scratch resistance. It just an extra protection. So, Im walking around wearing scratched glasses until I go to the new optometrist and have to pay out of pocket because my insurance paid this place. 2. Only virtual providers and they don't tell you until you get there. NO heads up!. 3. The staff there is very sweet but the services are deceptive. I gave one star because customer service was good. Also, scheduling was easy. However, when I arrived, I was given paperwork to complete. I am assuming it was routine paperwork. There was a form with a signature line, highlighted, for me to sign. The form said that I was declining to see the doctor. I asked for an explanation and was told the doctor was not there. I said I am not declining to see the doctor. I scheduled the appointment when a doctor was supposed to be there. I wasn't contacted and told that the doctor was no... read more
