I love how quick it is to get an appointment at this location! I can get scheduled same day for an exam that feels more in depth with all of the testing! I love that the Retinal Image gives my doctors something to look back at from year to year to see if there is any change. The front desk was super friendly and was able to explain what to expect with the visit. The Mt. Airy New Freedom, PA office is one of THE best offices of any sort I have been to in years! The front desk ladies are polite, courteous, and professional ~~ both in person and on the phone. The assistant and Dr. were the same; extremely thorough as well. Then there is the lady that helps you select, fit, and order your glasses. She is amazing ~ and has been for years. The staff at the location was all fantastic to work with however my glasses and contacts weren’t right. I went back multiple times to try and get my glasses and contacts to feel right. Fast forward I was able to make it back to my hometown to see my old eye dr who said “they just copied your old prescription but failed to realize you need a prism lens” so over $500 later for me to never wear or use my glasses or contacts I had to spend another $200 + to finally be able to see.
