I was fitted for contacts 1 month ago, they did not feel the best and I could not keep them from drying out. I told this to the Doctor and he said that that was normal and there is nothing he could do for me. No offer to try a different brand or a suggestion for a different drop, nothing. When I called again and asked about buying a different brand I was told that if I can t wear the Bausch and Lomb contacts they have, then my eyes just aren t made for contacts. I swore the last time I went here, that I would never go again! Unfortunately I did and recieved the same result...very unhappy! I was in 3wks ago, I ordered glasses and paid for half. After NEVER recieving a phone call to pick up my glasses I decided to stop in...just to find out that they ordered my glasses under someone elses name and someone elses prescription.
