I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this office. I came in because I was out of town and needed assistance with my contact lens prescription. I explained my situation to the front desk, who was aware of why I was there. Despite that, I was left waiting for over an hour and a half with little to no communication. I've been coming to see Dr. Mark Salta since he was at the 4th street location, the tyrone location is even better when I didnt thin it was possible. The doctor and his entire staff are simply amazing, courteous, caring and transparently honest about your specific needs. They dont try to over sell you, and treat you in a manner that they themselves would want to be treated, with respect and a genuine care for what they do and their patients. I saw Dr. Wilcoxon and my experience was very easy and very low stress. He was kind, explained answers to any questions I had slowly, and was not in any rush. He is an agreeable, professional, experienced, and gentle physician. I'm very thankful I made my exam appointment with him. Thank you!
