On the day I brought my glasses in to be fitted with new lenses, it was extremely busy. The waiting area had about 8 people present and the phone was constantly ringing. The person who came to help me was very nice and took my glasses to replace the lenses. While doing that she was answering the phone and helping more walk-in's. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this office. They openly advertise that they accept all insurances, and at the time of scheduling, they collected all of my insurance information without raising any concerns. Yet, only 30 minutes before my appointment, I was informed that my insurance was not accepted. This not only caused an unnecessary waste of my time but also demonstrated a serious lack of organization and accountability. Terry helped me get the best price match and rebate. My doctor was prompt and thorough. My tech was friendly and engaging. I was in & out promptly. Everyone had my insurance and prescription ready to go. A perfectly well oiled operation going on there.
Worst optic in clearwater , 2weeks to tell me they cant fix my daugther glass and when i came here they told me they will fix it just cause they want me to buy new glass worst customer services ever will not recomend to no body , plus i leave the glasses with their nike case and they return it with out a case telling me that was how i leave them and i leave them with their case like i say worst customer services ever they just want to charge money every time
i have been a customer of My Eye Doctor for many years, the gulf to bay store is the worst !!! They don't return phone calls, they are rude, i took time out of my day, to reorder contact lenses, i was told a specialist would call me , he never did, they are uncaring and condescending , i simply ordered them at one of your other stores , i will NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION, and this isn't the first time it has happened there !!
