I went to this office to get new glasses. I got them and put them away for a few months as a backup. My main ones broke and I realized after a week the backup pair was hurting my head alot and the prescription was off. So I went back and got charged $100 for new lenses (It was my fault I waited to long. Not on them). So I get the new lenses and the left eye is fuzzy. I go back in. They get me a new lense. I had the most amazing experience with Dr Phillips. For the first time he listened and delivered!! What my needs were a lifetime. In contacts. He was very professional, humor and personality. The entire staff was very welcoming and showed nothing beyond professionalism. I highly recommend this Dr to everyone! You’ll be pleased!
Nancy was awesome ! She managed my eye wear professionally and with a smile. Apparently on this day it seemed they were short handed and even with that Nancy got my new glasses ordered and I was out in no time. Thanks to all the folks at "My Eye Dr.
At first our experience was ok here but it has slowly declined . The people on the phone never tell you the same thing twice and now I’ve showed up during normal business hours but they are randomly closed because a doctor is t there and they don’t update their website
Make sure you know your insurance info thoroughly before even talking to them. They will not help in the slightest.
