You go in to the place that we have been going for years. Except it is no longer eye express I can tell because eye express had people with class and respect. These people have no class woman working up front just as rude as hell to everyone and not exactly dressed the way you dshould be for a buiness. What really pisses me off I was suppose to have my glasses that I already gave you money for back last Friday then you tell me Thursday so I call them you say oh now it's Monday. Love this place. After a slight hiccup with one of their ppl, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and help me get the glasses I needed and wanted. Then when I realized progressive lenses weren't for me they were happy to make me regular lined bifocals. They always have a smile on their faces and know my name when I walk in the door.
