Recently had a very disappointing experience at this location. Even with an appointment, I waited nearly 30 minutes in the lobby without any apology or update. The staff was rushed and unfriendly, and the doctor spent very little time with me. When I tried to explain my symptoms, the doctor brushed me off and didn't seem to care about my concerns. This place is a total scam. They said they won't recheck your prescription if you dont buy a pair a glasses from them, even if they mess up the prescription. Don't bother coming here unless you want to be fooled for your money.
Gave me the wrong prescription for my glasses. I put them side by side with my old ones and they're much more blurry in comparison. The doctor was rushing through my exam the whole time and she seemed like she didnt want to be there. Overall the place was very unwelcoming and I wouldnt recommend for anyone to come here.

Jade was very helpful while helping finance contact lenses. The Doctor was kind and got me me in the right lenses and contacts and even let me trial some while I waited for shipping.
