This company is highway robbery and will Lie to new patients. Even with insurance, they want to charge an additional $45 bucks to dilate your eyes. They will tell you it is required by law which is a lie. It should be criminal and it’s a shame that they take advantage of people like this every day. I will never walk in to one of their establishments ever again
Dr. Patel was very professional and pleasant, can’t say the same for the rest of the staff. As a first time patient, the arrival and process of selecting my glasses is something I don’t want others to experience.

Will not be returning. Had an appointment today. Get there to learn there a non negotiable $44 charge for a retinal scan that you can't opt out of. I'm 32 years old and didn't need this exam. Then i said I didn't want dilation and they told me I would have to come back at a later date and get it done if i wanted to get the prescription. Then after the exam my insurance cover glasses up to $150... they had a small rack of frames that were 130 and up.... thos place is a scam. Iv went to this facility for years….. and Iv had nothing but amazing service & wonderful physicians, until today. The dr.’s I normally see are no longer there & had to see Dr. Patel. I went for initial eye exam & contact fitting. The eye exam I received was the worst exam iv ever had… I declined dilation because I had to go back to work.. and was told me that dilation was “REQUIRED” in the state of Florida… then argued the point again..
