Maggy & David were very helpful, professional & efficient. We were seen in the Plant City office and the staff was wonderful! Thank you!
I wish I could give this place a zero star review, ordered glasses they told me 7-10 days here it is a month and I still don’t have them, keep getting the run around someone says by the end of the week now someone says not until the 10th, highly don’t recommend going here!!!!! This place is by far the worst here it is 3/27/24 and I’m still being told my glasses are going to take longer it’s been two months now, a manager calls to try and smooth things over and then you never hear back. Myself and my husband's visit at MyEyeDr. was outstanding. All the staff there were very kind, friendly, and funny, especially David. He went above and beyond to make sure my glasses would be perfect. He addressed every question and concern we had. He took care of us. I would highly recommend this office.(Plant City)
Very disappointed as I was happy to be getting my glasses today to be known that there’s no physician today and is not allowed to take patients for any reason not very happy myeye doctor you need to do better
Have no complaints about eye exam. When i went to look for glasses, i felt very rushed and feel like they kept trying to add stuff i didnt ask for. Also i was told it would take around 10 days to recieve them and here it is 3 weeks today and still dont have them. Tried to call office and got no answer. Dissapointed to say the least. Have never waited this long anywhere else...
