I will never go back to My Eye Doctor on Pisgah Church Rd. I've went there for several years. But the last time I was there for 4 hours. The girl performing all the tests was 19 years old. No experience, no training. My vision sucks. They did not get it right! The 19 year old did not hear the doctor right. I'm going elsewhere. My contacts are not what I needed. They were/are totally off on my prescription. Anyone, find a different eye doctor!
Kaylen is a superstar Employee. She has lots of product Knowledge and is able to provide the customer with the best possible experience during their visit. Very efficient and recognizing what is best for the customer. I enjoyed my visit to myeyeDr. The story is well organized and finding the perfect pair of glasses is not difficult.
I had a great first experience at this local My Eye Dr. Brooke was fantastic!! This is my new go to eye dr! The prices were reasonable as well!
