Wonderful staff
I’ve used MyEyeDr. for years. When I moved to NC from GA it was an easy transition as they had all my records available from my previous office. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable, answers all my questions, and genuinely cares about her patients. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of eye care.
I’m brand new to eyeglasses and after my eye exam I decided to go to myeyedr for my glasses. I was fortunate enough to meet Kayla’s Morgan. She was understanding and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with helping me select my first pair of eyeglasses. She is the model employee and she should be recognized for her dedication and customer service. Thank you Kaylan for everything you did for me.
My time was amazing. Shyann, Kaylan, and Brennan was great and helped out a lot!
I love this place and the staff. I’d take them all out for dinner cause they treated me so well. The tech, Odalis, she was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, Shyann, she was delightful. And the sales rep, Kaylan, was such a pleasure to work with.
