1st appt they did not have Dr onsite and wanted to charge extra$49 for pictures. So I rescheduled appt with Dr. weeks later at appt and states dr not there....called out and out of town. So still tried to charge extra $49 fee. mind you ,they did not give a courtesy call prior to let me know, so now have to reschedule Again to get appt with Dr and it will be in June..now almost 2 months for this appt. So needless to say..gotta find an office that has a doctor on site Dr.
This would mark my second time visiting MyEyeDr. Their staff is outstanding and helpful. They made what is generally a pretty dull experience, getting an eye exam, fun. This ranges from reception to management. When I walked in I felt comfortable. Throughout the process instructions are provided on how to go through each test. They gave me the wrong prescription. I ordered my glasses and noticed they weren’t the right prescription. Got another eye exam and now have to order new glasses for the new prescription.
Awesome place to get glasses or contacts. Kaylan was very professional and nice. She knows her job very well Picking out glasses was very easy. Would definitely recommend this place. Friendly atmosphere with great selection
Everyone was amazing. This was my son's first professional eye exam visit to the office and they were super patient while we figured out our insurance mixup. Great experience overall!
