My glasses were fitting weird so I swung by to see if Myeyedr could help. I walked in and was greeted by the front desk person and Kaylan. Kaylan was able to work them into submission, taking into account the material, and they fit soooo much better. They used to be loose and dig into the spot above my mastoid (that bony protuberance behind the ear) simultaneously, which would make that area get quite tender. Had an appointment at 1:50, the receptionist was not very welcoming. Then at 2:00 I asked if they were going to see me soon…the receptionist (who was just sitting there talking to her coworker) said “oh no the dr is still at lunch and is 20 minutes behind”. Ummm ok well you could have told me that when I walked in. I find it so disrespectful of my time by both the receptionist AND the Dr. I am going find a new eye Dr. As a side note my first appointment at friendly couldn’t dilate my pupils so this was my second appointment.... read more
Kaylan and Shyann were so wonderful and sweet and they helped me out to make sure my glasses were a perfect fit! I love the staff at MyeyeDr in Greensboro NC very professional and make sure you have what you need and meet all your needs and expectations!!! Best of the Best if I could I would rate 10 stars!!!
I love getting my glasses and having my exams here. Changing to this eye Dr was the best decision I ever made. Kaylan at the Pisgah church location was extremely friendly, helpful, and she took her time helping me pick out 3 pair of the perfect glasses. She even fixed and cleaned the glasses I had on! I highly recommend
They were nice and courteous.
