Everyone is very sweet and helpful.
My experience was excellent. The staff was courteous, efficient, and attentive from check-in to check-out. The doctor was thorough in the exam, explained the results clearly, and took time to answer all of my questions. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking high-quality eye care.
The staff at Adams Farm MyEyeDr is very professional and kind. I want to give a big shoutout to Ashley from the front desk, who took extra time to make an additional medical appointment for me. Five stars for Ashley! However, Dr. Schwab doesn’t seem to have much bedside manner. I asked her a few questions to make conversation and felt like she talked down to me. Ashley was very Disrespectful . She ac knowledge another customer before me as Mr and when she addressed me she said my first name and i said Mr. Allred and she did not respond. I feel disrepect. The other gentleman was of a different race. Also I waited for a receipt for 15 minutes or more. I chose to come to you establishment referred by Toyota. Toyota does not tolerate disrespect therefore I will be sharing my experience with them
