This is an outstanding branch at the Duke Eye Center site. The service and professionalism is consistent with the best in this field I have ever seen. Mike Ross who runs this branch is warm, friendly and provides totally superb service. The convenience being in the Duke Eye Center makes this in effect one stop shopping. Cannot say enough about the care my wife and I have both experienced from Mike and his team

Good balance of quality retail and quality eye care. Friendly, helpful, not pushy. Great policy on returns and exchanges, I wear progressive lenses and it took a couple times to get lenses just right and they did!
I had the best experience ever selecting glasses today. I wish I could remember the employees name that helped me, he went above and beyond helping me choose frames that would look good and fit my needs. He also explained all of my options and what the insurance would cover while I was deciding. He wasn’t just doing his job, he genuinely cared. He absolutely made my day and I’ve already told my daughter to go there for her glasses. (Employee #010438 according to my receipt).
Great selection of frames and the staff is always helpful and friendly!
