The one star is for the doctor only. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It took them 2 months to get my glasses. This office is the worst eye care place I have ever been. If you need your glasses DON'T GO TO DUKE ST eyecare associates CS Is so incompetent evey last one of them
You office is always so friendly and welcoming. I've never enjoyed an eye doctor's so much.
Over priced glasses the frames are handed by everyone that looks at them No service for repairs they only wanted to sell me New lens .I fixed them myself .If you have more money than you know what to do with then go here

Less than desirable experience with office staff. Would recommend going somewhere else.
absolutely fantastic customer service! these great professionals take the time to find out the needs of the customer. I had an issue with the insurance showing up properly for my dependents and the ladies went above and beyond with calling to make sure we had the coverage as expected. I have 4 dependents on my insurance, so to make sure the coverage was available is huge when there is still out of pocket expenses for five pair of glasses! and the gentleman there! well educated man, great beard and mustache! laura upton baker... read more
