I used this office for more than a decade. Changeover in staff have hurt service and quality of care significantly. The new eye doctor, Dr. Pham, failed to diagnose changes in my astigmatism and nearsightedness. She gave me my old prescription, saying it was new. went for first exam under medicare. exam was ok. ins. plan pays 180.00 for glasses. they did a hard upsell in witch there was an additional charge of 176.00. they said i had to pay half. not being familiar with medicre gave them my debit card. went home and had discussion with my husband and deceided was well over our budget. called to cancel and was told there would be a 70.00 restocking fee and was quiute nasty about it. was less than 2 hours frome time of order. just feel 356.00 is way too much

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! THEY DELETE BAD REVIEWS!The doctor is really nice. Thats about where it ends. The woman who helped us, didnt offer us contacts that were covered under our insurance. We are supposed to get 2 boxes for $25. We got 4 boxes (6 month supply) because it was explained to us that we would get a $75 rebate. So when we realized what happened, my wife called and asked why we didnt also get the 2 boxes for $25 (which is a discount through insurance) and only got 4 boxes that totaled over $200 out of pocket ($125 i... read more
I found that the staff took the time to explain my benefits since I was dealing with a new plan and didn't know the ins and outs. Very helpful. Thanks
The staff was very helpful in explaining my insurance benefits. I had no idea what I was dealing with. Also, I was find that optical shops don't have much for a men's selection, but Merrimack Vision Care had plenty for me to choose from. Thanks.
