Dawn from this office is very rude... seems like she should've just called off.. she was very short and it seemed like I was interrupting her day... excuse me for coming to your place of business and actually making you work
Front desk very unpleasant. Go to a different location if you can.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Front desk staffing was very rude and had terrible customer services. I’ve been to different my eye dr locations all over CT and this location was by far the worst. After I addressed how rude they were, one of the two staff members tried apologizing. Please do not come here!
Manager is very rude and condescending. Had a bad experience today. While testing my eyes, the nurse took advantage and stole $160 out of my wallet. Be aware and don't come here for eye services!! HR has yet to get back to me and I'm awaiting on a police report.
