Disappointed. Took one month for prescription glasses. Received first time rimless frames. It had an obvious white line around the lenses which made it look awkward. They redid lenses, explaining that they forgot to polish out the lenses which would fix the problem/ oversight. No, the lenses came back polished but same obvious white line. I’ve been coming to this eye doctor in Westport for years, and the doctors themselves are truly excellent. However, my most recent visit will unfortunately be my last due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the general manager regarding my insurance. She was unnecessarily brash and unfriendly, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. It’s disappointing, because the doctors and staff have always been wonderful, but her attitude completely ruined it for the whole team.

Terrible service receptionist had a terrible attitude over the phone while trying to schedule appointment was huffing and puffing over the phone while I was asking availability and trying to schedule an appointment never will I go to a place that can’t accommodate to the client schedule and can’t do there job if you don’t like what you do find a new job
The office was professional and very kind. Would definitely recommend them
