I give them a score of 1 because they have different policies at each location, in Norwalk they accept my daughter's insurance but in Westport they don't, not knowing this my husband took my daughter and the person at the front desk told him that it "clearly" said that they did not accept this insurance at this location. I still can't find the place where it says that, I guess it's when you do the check in which is supposed to be to save time up but since I didn't have it nearby I figured that my husband could do it right th... read more
I never write reviews but the level of disrespect from the front desk blonde older woman was so high that I walked out before being seen. Demanding why I didn’t answer their calls to fill out my insurance information prior? Giving me a lecture on how I should have completed everything prior? I have never ever been treated that way before in any medical office setting. No thank you. I took my service somewhere else.
It was a little bit of a wait to get somebody to help, but apart from that everything was great.
