I have been receiving eye care from various optometrist and eye care professionals for over 30 years. This has been my most unfavorable experience. I’ll start with the good, booking appointments is easy and convenient. There are a number of doctors and times available so that you don’t ever have to book far out. I saw the Dr of whom is was their last day. Had a IDGAF attitude. Rx is wrong, poor communication. Charged for fitting without giving trial pairs. When addressing the issue, met with condescending attitude, not believing an Rx could be wrong. I regret coming here as this was my experience. I'd recommend almost any place, but this place. The people are nice but it literally took almost a month to get my prescription sunglasses. I won’t go back again.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! Kept me on hold for over 20min and then proceeded to keep putting me on hold for ivermectin an hour! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!
