Experience I had a great experience at MyEyeDr. in Rocky Hill. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM, and I arrived around 10:15 since it was my first time at this location. I filled out a few minutes of paperwork and was seen by the optometrist during my visit. Wait Time The only minor downside was the wait time. I ended up seeing the optometrist around 11:00. Excellent service. I was able to get an appointment easily, very professional staff, and my glasses arrived quickly. The glasses are great! The knowledgeable staff helped me really maximize my insurance. I recommend the Rocky Hill location without reservation!
I had a Saturday appointment in the Rocky hill location. I have the email confirmation that my appointment is for 10am Saturday and then I’m told at the desk that my appointment was cancelled because I didn’t call back to confirm.
