Why do they never answer the phone?
We had a bit of a rough start, but the team at MyEyeDr Rocky Hill quickly turned things around—and then some. Time and time again, they’ve over-delivered with unmatched competency, skill, and genuine care. From the front desk to the exam room, every interaction has been professional, efficient, and thoughtful. This is hands down the best spot for eye care in the area. I wouldn’t trust my vision to anyone else.
Receptionist has no personality! Not the warm fuzzy feeling you want when you enter a business for the first time. Ordered two pair of glasses one for me and one from my husband. Had to take my husbands glasses back as he could see out of them.
Just wanted to drop a note about how happy I was with my recent visit. First and foremost thank you Kristine/a, your passion for your job really shines and was very appreciated!! You went up and beyond your call of duty thank you for repair and setting me up with new transitionals.
