Wow do yourself a favor go anywhere else. My new glasses were lost was happy that I purchased the warranty. My understanding was that they were replaced once with the warranty , not the case In addition to what appears to be false advertising to get them replaced with managers approval it would cost me over 700.00 I paid 600. Appears to be an opportunity to make more money . No wonder they are not busy
Great experience at My Eye Doctor located in the Stop and Shop Plaza in Southbury Connecticut. All personnel were friendly and professional.
I’ve been using the EyeDr for a few years now and have always received great service and products. On top of my usual prescription check ups I also use them for yearly retinopathy check ups and I’ve found these procedures super convenient, quick and pleasant. I would definitely recommend the EyeDr to anyone who needs any eye related services.
Laura was absolutely amazing in helping me out. She was super efficient and professional. 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a new optician!
